Netflix has unveiled the much-anticipated trailer for Nadaaniyan, introducing Ibrahim Ali Khan in his debut role. The film sees him portray Arjun Mehta, an ambitious college student with aspirations of studying law and securing a stable future. Starring opposite him is Khushi Kapoor as Pia Jai Singh, a young woman who prioritises love over career ambitions.

The trailer, released on Saturday via Netflix’s social media, provides an intriguing glimpse into the complex love story between Arjun and Pia. Their connection forms in an unconventional manner, as Pia offers Arjun ₹25,000 per week to pose as her boyfriend. Initially a mere transactional arrangement, their relationship soon evolves into a tangled mix of emotions, passion, and drama, leading both characters to confront unforeseen challenges.

The film delves into themes of romance, ambition, family dynamics, and chaos, painting a vivid picture of the contrast between Pia and Arjun’s worlds. In the film, Pia, a South Delhi girl determined to script her perfect love story, and Arjun, a middle-class overachiever aiming to become the debate team captain. Their paths cross when Pia enlists Arjun to fabricate a romantic relationship. However, complications arise when genuine emotions begin to surface, forcing them to question whether love can truly be orchestrated.
